ACCESS SAFETY NEWS:
January 10, 2009: Access Safety introduces a loss charting and graphing service. The DARCI system
(Data Archive Retrieval Charting and Illustration) uses a proprietary database system to input, classify,
and categorize loss information from insurance claims reports, loss runs (workers’ compensation,
property, auto, general liability, marine, etc) and OSHA logs of injury. Most companies recognize that a
trusted partnership with a specialty service provider makes sense on many levels in today’s lean,
competitive business climate. The DARCI system provides a unique and accurate delineation of losses
using standard or customer-defined criteria so we can “package” a professional set of full color exhibits
to help you tell the factual story of where, when, how many, and how much. This unique service
transforms the once complicated, messy burden of creating loss summaries – into a streamlined, cost
effective service - prepared by a trusted business partner.
January 10, 2008: Access Safety, LLC moves into their new office located at 90 North Main Street in

business district. We have a 3-5 year plan to stay at this location to grow the business to the next level -
while keeping our costs low and fees competitive.
